Testbits | Dec 2023 - Present

  • Involved in the Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) project － Property Information System Malaysia (PRISM) 2.0 with Valuation and Property Services Department Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.
  • Conducted static testing towards the System Requirement Specification (SRS) and System Design Specification (SDS) documents.
  • Reported any defects or issues pertaining to the reviewed documents to QA Lead.
  • Practiced the waterfall methodology.
  • Participated in workshops and meetings virtually and physically － Business Requirement Specification (BRS) & System Requirement Specification (SRS) Workshops.

Quality Assurance Engineer

Setel Ventures | April 2021 - Feb 2023

  • Practiced Agile methodology by involving in team ceremonies such as daily stand up, sprint planning, mobile sync up and sprint retrospectives.
  • Handle manual testing mainly related to Customer Engagement portfolio for REST API endpoint, web application and mobile application (iOS, Android and Lite).
  • Perform regression testing and report as well as track bugs by using ALM tools － Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Create, update and maintain test cases for modules related to registration, onboarding and home page of Setel application.
  • Collaborate with other teams which responsible for other existing portfolio and modules of Setel app i.e. Fuel, Payment, Trust & Safety.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designer for any design enquiries i.e. Zeplin, FIgma.
  • Familiar with product analytics platforms such as Dynamic Yield, Mixpanel and Braze for users’ event and log tracking purposes.
  • Also involved in automation testing － create and maintain test scripts. Technologies used are Selenium, Allure Report, POSTMAN API and IntelliJ IDE.

  • Engaged in a real project practising Agile (Scrum) methodology and participated in the Azure cloud migration activities i.e daily stand up, application migration.

Academic Projects

Web Application Development

Developed "Keep Seniors Safe” － a web application for final year project which aimed to educate the senior citizens on safeguarding their valuable data in the cyberspace. Worked with PHP as the coding language, used Laravel for the back-end framework, implemented Bootstrap for the front-end and managed the database with phpMyAdmin.

Webpage Portfolio

Constructed a personal online portfolio to meet the specifications of Project Management in IT coursework, adhering to client preferences. The accomplished project successfully established a connection with a server. Used Microsoft Project to handle the project, Atom IDE to edit code, and phpMyAdmin for managing databases.
